Questions we get most

Still stuck? Email us and a human who prints daily will answer.

STL, 3MF and STEP. We slice on our side and show you the price before you commit. Or better yet, just drop the MakerWorld link for a straightforward quote.

Uploading a file — close to it. Your file is sliced automatically and the quote comes back with real numbers rather than a guess from bounding-box volume.

Larger or more complex models take longer to slice — allow up to 10 minutes before results appear.

MakerWorld link — yes, instantly. We quote from the print profile you select, so there is nothing to slice and the price appears as soon as the link is read.

It depends entirely on the part — a small bracket is hours, a large detailed piece can run overnight. Your quote shows the estimated lead time before you commit to anything.

We check every file before quoting — non-manifold geometry, walls too thin to survive, overhangs that would need heroic support. If something won't work we tell you what's wrong and, where it's a quick fix, what to change.

We won't quietly print something we expect to fail.

Anything we stock. That's currently the full Bambu Lab range — PLA, PETG, ASA, TPU and even Nylon. Additional colour options are available on request (subject to MOQ).

If you're spoilt for choice, tell us what the part has to survive and we'll recommend something.

We remove supports and clean up prints as standard. We don't offer sanding, priming, painting or vapour smoothing — parts ship as printed.

No. We read the print profile through MakerWorld's public API — the weight, the print time, the colours and the plates. The model file itself is never downloaded, and we never re-host it.

The print profile contributor. MakerWorld profiles carry the weight and duration from whoever sliced them, and that is what we quote from. Occasionally, that is not the person who uploaded the model — anyone can contribute a profile — so the quote credits both, and the order records both.

Yes, slot by slot, from what we stock in a compatible range. The page shows what the original profile asked for beside what we will actually load, so you can see any substitution before you pay.

No. Untick the ones you do not need, and set how many copies of each you want.

Where there is a sensible equivalent we substitute it and say so before you pay — a glass-filled ABS profile prints in ASA-CF, for instance, which is also fibre-reinforced and handles sunlight better. Where there is no equivalent we tell you we cannot print it rather than quietly swapping in something else.

We run 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm. A profile sliced for either is quoted as-is, and if we will be printing it on the other size we say so — the finish may differ slightly from the original. A profile sliced for a nozzle we do not run at all (0.2 mm, for example) cannot reproduce its own stated weight and time on our machines, so we will not quote it.

If you really must have a print done in 0.2 mm, the estimated cost and lead time are around 4× that of a 0.4 mm nozzle. Contact us directly for a custom order.

Only 1! Taken at an angle that allows clear visibility of the target and with even lighting.

Should you wish to create a more proportional model, you can reach out to us with 4 images (front, back, left, right) too. More angles generally means a cleaner mesh!

Flat, even light with no hard shadows. A plain background. The whole object in frame, clearly visible and not cropped.

Shiny, transparent and very dark objects are the hard cases — reflections and lost edges confuse the reconstruction. A light dusting of matte spray helps if you can.

An FDM print-ready mesh as an STL file. It's yours to keep whether or not you have us print it.

Yes. Send it straight through to the print service and we'll quote it like any other file.

Generation isn't magic — results vary with the object and the photo. You can run more variants and pick the one that came out best, at no extra cost.

Variants are free, but each one adds to the processing time. The page shows the estimated wait before you commit.

Should you like to see examples or require human assistance before trying generation, do contact us!

Standard gives natural proportions with realistic textures, and is the right choice for most objects. High adds precise detail restoration and noticeably better surface texture.

Pick High when the finish is the point — decorative pieces, figures, anything where the detail is what you're paying for. Standard is plenty when you mainly need the shape.

High takes longer too: around 10 minutes per variant against 5 for Standard. Current prices are shown on the generation page.

Yes. Every S$50 of filament in a single order earns you one free High-detail generation, calculated on the filament total after any discounts.

It lands in your account automatically once the order is paid — there's no code to enter and nothing to claim. Spend S$120 on filament and you get two.

We're based in Singapore and currently only offer delivery locally.

No. Delivery is charged by total order weight, starting at S$3 for orders up to 2 kg — S$5 up to 8 kg, S$12 up to 15 kg, and up from there. The exact figure is shown at checkout before you pay.

If you order pre-order and ready-stock items together they arrive as two separate deliveries, and each is charged on its own weight rather than the combined total.

Yes. GrabPay and ShopeePay carry a 3% payment fee, and GrabPay PayLater 5.5%. It's the payment provider's charge, and it's shown on the payment page before you pay.

Card payments have no fee. PayNow is coming soon, also with no fee.

We're out of stock but the item is on order. Pre-order lead time will be advised on the product page. You're charged at checkout and we'll tell you if that estimate moves.

Our full refund policy is here.

Free generations are earned per order on filament spend after discounts. If you return filament and the order no longer meets the S$50 threshold, any generation you have already used is deducted from your refund at its list price.

Generations you haven't used are simply removed, at no charge.

All Bambu Lab printers and AMS units come with a 1 year local warranty, covered by Bambu Lab or the local service centre (Convergent Systems Pte Ltd).

For other brand products, we offer a 1 year shop-backed warranty.

Yes. Every printer and spool we sell is genuine Bambu Lab stock bought through official channels. That matters for warranty claims and firmware support.

Yes. Add PLA Basic to your cart alongside a printer and we take it off automatically at checkout. No code needed, and you pick the colours.

A Spool comes wound on a plastic reel, ready to load. A Refill is the same filament without the reel — cheaper, and far less plastic waste, but you need an empty spool to mount it on.

Buying a colour for the first time? Get the Spool. After that, buy Refills and reuse the reel.

Yes. It's standard 1.75 mm filament and prints fine on anything that takes 1.75 mm. You lose the RFID auto-detection and optimised material profiles which is a Bambu convenience, so speed and quality may suffer, but nothing about the material needs a Bambu machine otherwise.

Only on Bambu printers with an AMS. The tag tells the printer which material and colour sits in each slot so you don't set it by hand. On any other printer it's simply ignored.

PLA Basic. It prints cool, sticks well, doesn't warp, doesn't smell and doesn't need an enclosure. Move to the specialty ranges once you know what you want from a print — Matte for finish, Silk+ for shine, PLA-CF or Tough+ for parts that have to survive something.

PLA is fairly forgiving, but wood-filled and carbon-fibre filaments pick up moisture quickly and print noticeably better dry. Each product page carries the drying guidance for that specific series.
