# Privacy Notice
**CyberCraft Creations** is the trading name of **CYBERCRAFT DIGITAL STUDIOS** (UEN 53532541W), a
business registered in Singapore. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, who we
share it with, and how you can reach us about it.

## What we collect
- **Contact and delivery details:** your name, delivery address, phone number and email, when you
order from us on our website, Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop, or ask us for a quote.
- **Order and payment information:** what you bought, when, and how you paid. We don't see or
store your full card details; payments are handled by our payment providers.
- **Your messages to us:** chats, emails and anything you attach, such as photos of a print
problem.
- **3D printing files and links** you send us for a printing or scanning job.
- **Reviews** you leave about our products.
We only ask for what we need to serve you.
## Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and warranty claims.
- To answer your questions and prepare quotes.
- To keep business and tax records, as the law requires.
- To improve our products and service, for example by learning from common questions.
- **To send you marketing only if you've agreed to it.** You can opt out at any time, and we
follow Singapore's Do Not Call rules.
## Tools that help us, including AI
We use software, including AI tools, to help sort incoming messages and prepare draft replies and
paperwork. **A person reviews replies before they're sent to you**, and no decision about your
order, refund or account is made by AI alone.
## Who we share it with
Only as needed to serve you:
- **Couriers and delivery partners**, to deliver your order.
- **Marketplaces and our online store platform** (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify), which run
the checkout and order systems.
- **Payment providers**, to take payment.
- **Service providers who run our systems**, such as email, accounting software, cloud storage and
backup, and AI services. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
We don't sell your personal data.
## Data stored outside Singapore
Some of these providers store or process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we use
reputable providers and rely on their contractual commitments to protect your data to a standard
comparable to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
## How long we keep it
- **Order, invoice and payment records:** for 5 years, as Singapore tax law requires.
- **Messages and support conversations:** up to 2 years after our last conversation with you.
- **Printing files:** deleted after your job is completed, unless you ask us to keep them for a
repeat order.
After that, we delete or anonymise your data.
## Keeping it safe
Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to serve you, and we protect it with
security measures suited to the kind of data it is.
## Your choices
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you, and how it's been used;
- correct anything that's wrong;
- stop using your data for marketing; or
- delete your data, where we don't need to keep it by law.
We'll reply within 30 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why.
