Returns & Exchanges

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. If an item arrives defective, we'll exchange it — just get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

Defective on arrival

Typical DOA examples are: unable to turn on, electrical and/or motor faults.

What doesn't count as DOA: clogged hotends, or user-caused damage.

Contact us with your order number, the product, and a short video showing the fault. We'll reply within 24 hours with instructions. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition — for printers and hardware, that means the box and all included accessories.

Return shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

For anything over $150, use a tracked service or add shipping insurance — if a return goes missing in transit without tracking, we can't process the exchange.

Printers and hardware

Bambu Lab printers carry a 1-year warranty from date of purchase, handled by Convergent Systems Pte Ltd, their authorised service partner in Singapore. For faults appearing after the first 7 days, contact them directly — it's faster than routing through us.
