Bambu Lab A1/A2L Hotend
The nozzle is the one part of your printer that genuinely wears out. Brass is fine for PLA and PETG, but the moment you print anything with carbon or glass fibre in it, an unhardened nozzle starts opening up — and you'll see it as extrusion width drifting and dimensions quietly going out before you work out why.
These are Bambu's own hotends for the A1 mini, A1 and A2L. The hotend and nozzle come as one assembly, so swapping sizes is a thirty-second job with no thermal paste, no fiddling and nothing to re-torque.
Which size should I get?

If you're buying one, buy the 0.4mm hardened steel. It does everything the stock nozzle does and survives abrasive filament as well.

Carbon fibre, glass fibre, metal and other inorganic particles clog a 0.2mm nozzle — that's why the whole column is crossed out rather than merely discouraged. Bambu's own PLA-CF and PETG-CF are tested to run cleanly through a hardened 0.4mm; for other CF/GF filaments go to 0.6mm to cut the clogging risk.
What's included
One hotend with the nozzle already fitted. Nothing else is needed to fit it.
Fits
A1 mini, A1 and A2L. It will not fit the P1 or X1 series, or any H2-series machine — those take different hotends, which we also stock.
Warranty & support
Consumable wear parts aren't covered by warranty, but anything that arrives faulty we'll replace. If you're unsure which size suits what you print, ask — we'd rather you bought the right one once.
Delivery & collection
Small and light, so this goes in our cheapest delivery band. Self-collection is free.
