Bambu Lab H2C Hotend Combo Kit
The H2C ships with enough hotends to print, not enough to use what it can actually do. This is the set that closes that gap — five pieces covering both sides of the machine, in the sizes you need to run multi-material work without constantly swapping hardware.
Three 0.4mm induction hotends for the right fixed side is the part that matters. Each induction hotend remembers the filament assigned to it, so with three of them loaded the printer can switch between materials without purging every time — which on a multi-colour print is where most of your filament and time otherwise goes.
What's included
| Item | Side | Qty |
|---|---|---|
| 0.4mm Induction Hardened Steel | Right (fixed) | ×3 |
| 0.2mm Stainless Steel | Left (lifting) | ×1 |
| 0.6mm Hardened Steel | Left (lifting) | ×1 |
Note this is a larger kit than Bambu's own bundle, which ships two 0.4mm induction hotends rather than three. Bought individually from us the same five pieces come to $194, so the kit is a little cheaper — but the reason to buy it is the combination, not the six dollars.
What it lets you do
Print up to 7 filaments through 0.4mm without purging between them, because each induction hotend holds its own material assignment.
Run dual-hotend prints at 0.2mm and 0.6mm, not just the 0.4mm the machine arrives set up for — fine detail on one side, fast infill or supports on the other.
Pair with AMS for up to 24 materials in one job, with the printer matching material to hotend to keep purging down.
Sizes are matched across the standard and induction sides deliberately, which is what keeps results consistent when a print uses both.
Filament compatibility
Each piece follows the compatibility of its own type. In short, for this kit:
The 0.4mm induction hotends take almost everything — PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, TPU 90A and 95A, and all the CF and GF engineering filaments. Not TPU 85A, which no induction hotend supports.
The 0.2mm stainless steel is for detail only. No carbon fibre, glass fibre, metal-filled or wood-filled filament — those will clog it.
The 0.6mm hardened steel handles abrasive filaments comfortably and is the one to reach for with CF and GF.
Full per-nozzle tables are on the individual hotend listings if you want to check a specific material before ordering.
Fits
H2C only. The induction hotends are specific to the H2C's right-hand side and will not fit any other machine.
Warranty & support
Consumable wear parts aren't covered by warranty, but anything that arrives faulty we'll replace. If you'd rather build a different combination of sizes, tell us what you print and we'll price it up individually.
Delivery & collection
Still a small parcel, so this goes in our cheapest delivery band. Self-collection is free.
