Bambu Lab P1S Hotend
A 0.2mm nozzle is a specialist tool, and this is the one to get if detail is what you're after. Miniatures, lettering, fine surface texture, small mechanical parts with tight tolerances — things a 0.4mm simply cannot resolve.
It asks for patience in return. Layer times go up, prints take considerably longer, and the aperture is small enough that any filament with particles in it will block it. Used for the right job though, nothing else in the range comes close.
Filament compatibility
This is a 0.2mm stainless steel nozzle, so the question that matters is what will pass through it cleanly.

Anything carrying carbon fibre, glass fibre, metal or other inorganic particles will clog a 0.2mm nozzle — that isn't a recommendation, it's a hard limit. If you want to print those on a P1S you need a 0.4mm or larger hardened steel hotend. Ask us and we'll sort one out.
What's included
This is the Hotend Only version — the hotend itself plus 2× M3-14 step screws. It reuses the silicone sock, thermal grease and retaining clip from the hotend you're replacing, so keep those when you take the old one off.
Fits
P1S only. It won't fit the A1 series, A2L or any H2-series machine.
Warranty & support
Consumable wear parts aren't covered by warranty, but anything that arrives faulty we'll replace. Happy to talk through whether 0.2mm is right for what you're printing before you buy.
Delivery & collection
Small and light, so this goes in our cheapest delivery band. Self-collection is free.
