Bambu Lab PLA Tough+ Filament 1.75mm 1kg
Basic's easy printing with a serious jump in impact resistance. Bambu PLA Tough+ takes a hit and keeps going where standard PLA would crack — roughly three times the impact strength of Basic in Bambu's own testing. Good for brackets, clips, snap-fits, tool handles, anything that gets dropped, knocked or flexed in use.
Colour range is kept simple and functional rather than decorative — this is a working material first.

Spool or Refill?
Spool — Comes on a reusable Bambu spool. Pick this for your first roll of a colour.
Refill — Filament only, $2 cheaper, needs an empty reusable spool to mount on.
Worth knowing
Bambu recommends glue on the build plate for this one — it doesn't stick as readily to a bare plate as Basic does, and a part failing at the bed is a worse outcome than a couple of minutes with a glue stick.
The toughness gain doesn't come with a stiffness gain — Tough+ actually has a slightly lower Young's modulus than Basic, meaning it flexes a bit more before it takes a hit rather than staying rigid. For parts that need to stay perfectly stiff under load, that's worth knowing before you design around it.
Storage
Bambu specifies under 20% RH, sealed with desiccant. A sealed box with fresh desiccant does the job, or a filament dryer if you have one.
As filament takes on moisture you'll hear popping or hissing at the nozzle, then see stringing and rough surfaces, and eventually the strand goes brittle enough to snap in the tube. That's almost always moisture, not technique. Dry it at 55°C for 8 hours and it usually comes back.
