Bambu Lab H2/P2S/X2D Hotend
Three different hotends behind one dropdown, and the choice matters more than the price difference suggests. Standard Flow is the everyday one. High Flow moves substantially more plastic per second. Tungsten Carbide is the one that survives abrasive filament for the long haul.
All three drop into the same quick-swap mount — unlock the latch, pull, push the new one in. No thermal paste, no screws, no re-levelling. Let it cool first; the heat block gets to 350°C.

Most people want Standard Flow. Go High Flow if you print large models where throughput is the limit — Bambu measure up to 30% off print time.
Tungsten Carbide is about lifespan, not speed — it flows the same as High Flow. On PA-CF it lasts around 3,000 hours against 400, so roughly seven times as long. At under four times the price of a standard hotend, it pays for itself if you run carbon or glass fibre constantly. If you don't, it's money better spent elsewhere.

✓ supported · △ not recommended · ✗ not supported · L left (lifting) hotend only, on dual-nozzle machines
Carbon fibre, glass fibre and metal-filled filaments clog a 0.2mm nozzle, which is why that column is mostly crosses. On dual-nozzle printers, PET-CF, PPA-CF and PPS-CF run from the left lifting hotend only, and TPU 85A from the right fixed hotend only.
What's included
One hotend with the nozzle already fitted. Nothing else needed.
Fits
P2S, X2D, H2S, H2D, and the left (lifting) hotend on H2C. For the H2C's right induction side you need the induction hotend instead — different product, also stocked.
Worth knowing on dual-nozzle machines: H2 currently only supports both nozzles being the same size, so buy in pairs if you're replacing both.
